BRYAN K HARRIS


Founding attorney Bryan K. Harris has more than 35 years of experience representing injured individuals and families nationwide. He has successfully tried and resolved cases involving product liability, catastrophic workplace accidents, tractor-trailer negligence, oilfield explosions, and wrongful death.

 

Bryan began his career representing major manufacturers in complex product liability cases before shifting his focus to plaintiffs' advocacy. Since then, he has secured record-setting verdicts and settlements across the country, including one of the largest automotive product liability judgments in Texas history when a Duval County jury found the Ford F-150's door latch and occupant protection system defective.


Recognized by peers and clients alike, Bryan is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He continues to lead Bryan K. Harris PC with a commitment to aggressive trial advocacy and unwavering dedication to clients nationwide.

Attorney Robert J. Sigler brings over 30 years of trial experience to Bryan K. Harris PC. Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 2000, Robert has tried and resolved cases across Texas, New Mexico, and numerous other states. He is admitted to multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and has handled cases nationwide on a pro hac vice basis. 


Robert has earned recognition as a Texas "Super Lawyer" and holds an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale-Hubbell. His career includes leadership roles such as serving as President of the Corpus Christi Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He continues to represent clients in catastrophic injury and commercial litigation matters with a reputation for skilled advocacy and proven results.

Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Additionally, Robert has handled cases on a pro hac vice basis in jurisdictions across the country, including California, Georgia, New York, Louisiana, and Illinois. His broad experience litigating in both state and federal courts has earned him a reputation as a trusted advocate for injured individuals and businesses alike.


Robert began his career with the prestigious firm of Meredith, Donnell & Abernethy, where he spent nearly two decades as an associate and partner handling litigation defense. In 2009, he transitioned to representing plaintiffs, joining the Bandas Law Firm, P.C., where he focused on personal injury trial law, commercial litigation, and mediations. In 2021, he brought his wealth of knowledge and trial experience to Bryan K. Harris, P.C., where he continues to fight for clients facing catastrophic injuries and complex disputes. 


Known for his leadership within the legal community, Robert served as President of the Corpus Christi Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in 2011. He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Corpus Christi Bar Association, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction reserved for attorneys who have secured million-dollar verdicts or settlements for their clients. 


Robert's professional excellence has been repeatedly recognized throughout his career. He has been rated “AV" Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-review rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He was named a "Rising Star" by Texas Law & Politics Magazine in 2004 and 2005 and has been honored as a Texas "Super Lawyer" in 2011, 2012, 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021. 


A qualified mediator under Section 154.051 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Robert is skilled at navigating high-stakes disputes, whether through aggressive trial advocacy or effective negotiation. 

Robert earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1990, after graduating cum laude with a B.A. from Trinity University in 1987. Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, Robert remains committed to serving the community where he began his legal career.
